Terra ( “soil” in Latin) is an idea formed to promote the universal tradition of culinary practice based on the factors of soil, weather, the environment and culture.
This philosophy has led to a culinary co-op space created solely for chefs, farmers and aspiring gourmands - to exchange, support and express their individual interpretations of cuisine made with local produce. Read more about our mandatory purpose:

Terra Redu is based within Vana Som villa complex, in the scenic Maerim district, 15km north of Chiangmai.
CULINARY JOURNEYS AND EVENTS
If food is truly a form of art, any 'food artist' would benefit with some inspiration from travels, changes of landscapes, weathers and exotic cultures -- different environment and experience other than the norm. Most relevant above all is perhaps the diverse ingredients to cook with.
Possibly our highlights, the culinary journeys and private dining in various beautiful farming locations are the regular events.
